A fun photo shoot on a lake in West Toronto. I am wearing the chunkiest knit known to man kind, with my favorite vintage spandex. It was hard to walk to the location in those heels, but I think it was worth it!

UK size 14/16, age 19. Throughout college I had no body confidence whatsoever, tried different diets which were all unsuccessful, tried eating every other day which lost me a few pounds but made me feel ill - none of it made me any happier. Since starting university and meeting an entirely different group of people, I’ve come to realise that my size doesn’t even matter. I’m accepted by amazing people, I get a lot of male attention and I’m finally happy with body. All girls of all sizes should be too!

sometimes 800 calories just don’t cut it.

today i went over my daily 800 calories intake.

i had -

a small glass of oj. (110)

chicken soup. (220)

a pork sandwich. (450)

an apple. (25)

and a mini yoghurt. (90)

not going to lie, i feel rather shitty about this. hmpf.

edit: so i ate another sandwich. a tuna one. so what’s that? approx 1300 calories today? something fucking ridiculous like that. ok, so still 700 calories under the national average for women BUT STILL. guess this is what binge eating consists of.
